
Gabe is a tinkerer and host of the popular show Save it for Parts. His passions include climbing, hiking, piracy, caving, electronics and amateur radio, and industrial archeology. A self-described "redneck hippie," Gabe embodies the Alaskan spirit of saving or fixing useful things that others would throw out.

Alda is an actor, author, and well-known activist. Best known for his hard-drinking and truth telling character Hawkeye on M*A*S*H, as well as famous roles in the West Wing, and the PBS show Scientific American Frontiers. He is an outspoken skeptic and his lifelong passion for science spurred him to found the Alda Center for Communicating Science at Stony Brook University, a collaboration with the university's School of Communication and Journalism, with support from Brookhaven National Laboratory and Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory.

Inducted posthumously, Bell was a broadcaster and author who founded the paranormal-themed radio program Coast to Coast. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran and avid ham radio operator - but most of all, he was a storyteller. He once had the third-largest talk show radio audience in the country and his guests discussed everything from UFOs to protoscience.
